Job Description

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Wrentham Premium Outlet by driving sales, coaching the team, and maintaining store standards to deliver an elevated customer experience. Role includes day-to-day operational duties, implementing company policies, and ensuring the store is guest ready. Position requires leading the sales floor and acting as a product and styling expert to build client relationships and repeat business.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience
  • Maintain a guest ready store atmosphere where clients feel welcomed
  • Build sales through product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trends
  • Manage client outreach including follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Open and close the store according to company procedure
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and well maintained
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
