Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support store leadership
• Organize and maintain the stockroom for easy merchandise access
• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including cash handling and deposits
• Implement visual displays and merchandising according to standards
• Oversee store maintenance, fixtures, and supplies to uphold presentation standards
• Address customer complaints and feedback in a timely and appropriate manner

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets in a selling role
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance to develop the business
