Sales Supervisor - Burlington

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management in day-to-day operations to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experience. This role coaches and develops the sales team, implements company policies and procedures, and maintains store standards to ensure a welcoming and client focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Maintain a guest ready store environment where clients feel welcomed
• Build sales through product knowledge, styling expertise and seasonal trends
• Manage client journey activities and follow up to drive repeat business
• Open and close the store according to procedure
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
