Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder supports the General Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales and client-development goals. This role also supports daily store operations, inventory management, and the coaching and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional client experience and promote the Retail Excellence Program.
• Meet sales and client data capture targets, build client relationships, and support after-sales service.
• Support opening and closing procedures, register operations, visual maintenance, inventory tasks, consignments, returns, and exchanges.
• Coach and train the sales team and develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clienteling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask, and communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
• Entrepreneurial, energetic, and sales-focused approach.
