Job Description

Summary

As a Keyholder you will support the retail leadership team by delivering exceptional customer service, applying advanced product knowledge, and assisting management with store operations to drive sales and customer retention. The role includes opening and closing responsibilities, supervising transactions, and motivating the sales team to meet objectives. Candidates should have prior luxury retail experience and supervisory capability.

Responsibilities

  • Support the store manager with daily store operations and coordination.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and cash handling tasks.
  • Check in merchandise and prepare deposits as needed.
  • Supervise sales transactions to ensure accuracy and cash protection.
  • Promote and sell products to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Merchandise the sales floor and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clientele book and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Motivate and support sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
  • Able to work independently, with discretion, and under pressure.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate to close sales.
  • Proficient with personal computers, POS systems, and MS Office.
