Summary
Responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales goals while supporting exceptional client service and maintaining operational and asset protection standards in a luxury retail environment. Works collaboratively with the sales and selling support teams and reports to the Managing Director. Performs opening and closing duties and supports inventory and POS accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique targets
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to brand visual and merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately including receipts CRM updates SKUs and payment verification
- Perform opening and closing of tills and monitor till variances and cash handling
- Approve returns and exchanges following management guidance and secure approvals for exceptions
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and accurate POS records and reports
- Support inventory preparation participate in cycle counts and ensure proper tagging ticketing and EAS compliance
- Follow asset protection procedures including key log controls alarm protocols and bag checks as applicable
- Provide high levels of client service including greetings assistance and packaging at POS
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales or supervisory experience preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi task remain even tempered and work independently and as part of a team
- Open availability to meet business needs including weekend and holiday schedules
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Attention to detail for inventory tagging ticketing and merchandising standards
