Keyholder

Summary

The Keyholder is a retail leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the store manager, and helping drive sales and repeat business. This position acts as the link between management and sales associates, assisting with floor merchandising, clienteling, and store operations to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Perform cash handling tasks such as preparing deposits and supervising sales transactions while following cash protection procedures.
• Engage customers to promote and sell products, build and maintain a clientele book, and foster repeat business.
• Merchandise the sales floor and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency with POS systems, personal computers, and common software including MS Office.
