Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department to initiate the experience.
- Engage customers to build authentic connections and offer personalized styling.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to develop lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner.
- Promote store services and handle transactions smoothly at point of sale.
- Assist across store areas including sales floor and fitting room and maintain presentation.
- Maintain selling floor, restock merchandise, process new receipts, and clean fitting rooms.
- Ensure compliance with will-call hold and credit policies and merchandise protection standards.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
- Experience creating meaningful customer connections and building brand loyalty.
- Ability to operate a point of sale system and basic technology proficiency.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom and lift up to 30lb.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Motivated and results driven with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Customer focused or sales associate experience preferred.
- Maintains professional presentation and adheres to scheduling requirements.
