Licensed Optician

Summary

KREWE is hiring a Licensed Optician to lead integration of the Optical Program at the Nashville boutique. You will deliver expert optical services, ensure accuracy of ophthalmic products, and train store staff on optical processes while supporting sales and client styling. The role requires providing exceptional customer service and building the Krewe Optical client base.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record optical measurements, adjust ophthalmic frames, and troubleshoot vision issues
• Verify accuracy of finished ophthalmic products received from partnering labs
• Provide product knowledge and train team members on optical processes and techniques
• Walk customers through lens options and provide style and fit consulting on the sales floor
• Support store-wide customer service and help grow the Krewe Optical client base

Requirements

• Licensed Optician in the State of Tennessee
• 2+ years of optical experience
• Ability to communicate technical optical terms clearly and accessibly
• Passion for eyewear, fashion, and providing an impeccable client journey
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and flexible with scheduling including weekends
