• 2+ years of experience in an optical or eyewear retail setting.
• Licensed Optician or certified as required by state law.
• Strong understanding of lenses, frame styles, and optical measurements.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• Confident in troubleshooting eyewear issues and performing precise fittings.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic optical software.
