Licensed Store Manager

As a Licensed Store Manager at Oliver Peoples in Honolulu, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales objectives. You will oversee all sales and operational activities, ensuring the store meets brand standards and KPIs. Your role will involve recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent, while maintaining accurate product inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop qualified talent with experience in luxury retail.
• Provide clear, motivating, and constructive performance feedback to associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and meet brand standards of presentation and operations.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to drive business success.
• Maintain accurate product inventory and guide customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Manage employee relations, including time and attendance, performance, and asset protection.
• Participate in monthly training courses and additional responsibilities as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active state optical dispensing license.
• Retail management experience in a luxury selling environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Financial acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
