Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail service as a Style Advisor focused on designer salon clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, meet and exceed sales goals, and demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge while representing the store professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized styling consultations
• Develop and cultivate a clientele base through proactive clienteling
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales plans and performance targets
• Execute appropriate selling behaviors and follow company sales processes
• Maintain and expand product knowledge across offered designer brands
• Collaborate with vendor partners to drive sales and participation in events
• Participate in store activities and ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Proven sales track record in luxury or specialty retail
• Strong client focus with ability to develop long term relationships
• Passion for fashion and deep knowledge of designer products
• Competitive drive and results oriented mindset
• Detail oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work retail hours and participate in store events
• Prior experience in department store or boutique environment preferred
