Summary

Brand Ambassador focused on driving sales and representing a specific luxury handbag vendor through product expertise, client development and training other store associates. Responsible for executing brand and category strategies, building client relationships and coordinating with vendors and leadership to support local business plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for the brand in the handbags category
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing client sales
• Coordinate special orders, reserves and product movement between stores
• Educate and train store associates on technical aspects of products
• Provide product feedback to merchants and vendors using recap forms
• Act as liaison between department and vendor representatives
• Support special events and trunk shows and maximize intersell opportunities
• Demonstrate expertise in customer base and top customers
• Reinforce shortage awareness and adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements

• 2 years of selling experience in like product
• Excellent selling and client building skills
• Training skills and basic math skills to interpret reports and goals
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Experience coordinating with vendors and store teams
• Customer service oriented with professional presentation
