Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by developing long lasting client relationships while demonstrating deep product knowledge in mens sportswear and furnishings. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and collaborate with vendor partners to maximize opportunities. Serve as a brand expert and represent a luxury retail environment with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service to build and retain clientele
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales plans and performance goals
  • Develop and maintain long term client relationships through proactive clienteling
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across offered brands and categories
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to drive sales and coordinate store events
  • Execute consistent professional selling behaviors on the sales floor
  • Participate in ad hoc store responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in retail or luxury environment
  • Detail oriented and client focused with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fashion and deep knowledge of menswear and furnishings
  • Competitive drive with results oriented mindset
  • Ability to develop long term customer relationships and provide consultative selling
  • Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
