Maintenance Associate

As a Maintenance Associate, you will report to the Facilities Maintenance Administrator and be responsible for completing assigned Service Point work orders and other repair or cleaning tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our facilities.

• Assist with the renovation and remodeling of buildings, including repairing plaster and drywall, painting structures, and re-lamping lighting fixtures.
• Set up conference rooms and stock pantries and restrooms as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists of building equipment, emergency lighting, HVAC equipment, and work orders as assigned.

• 3-5 years of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance skills such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and the use of hand and power tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and occasionally lifting or moving more than 50 pounds.
