Maison Host - Fifth Avenue

Summary

Deliver an exceptional client experience as the welcoming point of contact for the boutique. The role reports to the Boutique Director and supports visitors through in-person, phone, email, and chat interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, professionally, and engagingly.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate boutique team member and manage inbound calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and chat, including questions about operating hours and repairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fashion, retail, or a related field, or one year of experience in retail, a contact center, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in dynamic, customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
