Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized experiences.
• Connect customers with sales associates and services throughout the store.
• Welcome and check in guests, register visitors, and offer lounge and coat check services.
• Maintain an organized, inviting lounge and collaborate with sales associates and management.
• Adapt schedules to accommodate peak hours, special events, and VIP appointments.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual or multilingual ability.
• Passion for client service, brand heritage, and luxury culture.
• Customer-facing or hospitality experience and the ability to resolve client concerns.
• Professional, polished demeanor and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
