Maison Host - Hudson Yards

As a Maison Host at Hudson Yards, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing inbound calls, and providing written responses to customer inquiries, all while embodying a passion for luxury fashion and retail.

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique and manage inbound calls.
• Provide written responses to customers’ inquiries via Email and Chat, addressing a wide variety of topics such as hours of operation and queries about the repair process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or 1 year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
