Job Description

Summary

Manage sales operations and lead the shoe sales team at a luxury boutique located on Third Avenue. Drive performance through coaching, merchandising oversight, and delivering exceptional client service. Partner with store leadership to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Coach staff on product knowledge and clienteling techniques
  • Oversee visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards
  • Manage daily store operations related to the shoe department
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high value clients
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvement
  • Coordinate inventory needs and stock replenishment for the shoe category
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of retail management or supervisory experience
  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales and client relationship building
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of merchandising and visual presentation in footwear
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive results
  • Professional presence and commitment to brand standards
