Summary
The Client Insights Manager will lead data and analytics projects to generate actionable insights on client behaviour, product performance and lifecycle dynamics. This role partners with Marketing, Retail Performance and Client Development to inform targeting and strategic decisions and is based in the NYC office reporting to the Senior Manager Client Insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly studies on client lifecycle, segmentation shifts and product collector patterns.
- Monitor business trends, flag anomalies and recommend deeper investigations.
- Translate insights into recommendations for client development product positioning and commercial opportunities.
- Own monthly product-client reporting and identify collector trends and product performance around launches.
- Design pre and post launch analyses to measure effectiveness for Client Development and Marketing.
- Recommend reporting frameworks that convert client product data into actionable insights.
- Interpret and visualize client data for cross functional initiatives.
- Partner with HQ on market feedback and regional CRM stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing data and analytics projects.
- Strong reporting knowledge and expert level understanding of client database ecosystems.
- Experience with Service Cloud SAP BI Looker and GCP; Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience in data collection maintenance cleansing and dataset enhancements.
- Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for business growth.
- Experience partnering across Marketing Retail Performance and Client Development.
