Summary
Lead consumer analytics and insights for the retail stores channel to drive performance, grow customer value, and enhance customer experience across store locations. Combine quantitative analysis and qualitative research to inform strategy and partner with cross functional teams to execute retention and outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop regular consumer insights for retail stores by region to guide consumer strategies
- Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual customer performance reports
- Track customer performance by store and identify opportunities to drive growth initiatives
- Provide regional insights and recommendations to Field Leadership and share best practices
- Lead bi weekly cross functional meetings to develop outreach strategies and clienteling lists
- Develop and implement segmentation strategies to support retention and channel initiatives
- Direct audience segmentation lists in the campaign platform for execution
- Track and analyze VIC outreach program performance and customer tier migration
- Leverage real estate dashboards and qualitative insights to identify store and assortment opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in analytical or marketing role within a retail company
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data, present insights, and make clear recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and decision making for business impact
- Team player able to collaborate across business divisions
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Ability to augment quantitative insights with qualitative field feedback
