Manager Commercial Learning and Development

As a Manager of Commercial Learning and Development at Cartier in Short Hills, NJ, you will collaborate with regional and boutique leadership to enhance the skillset of the boutique team. Your role will focus on coaching to elevate guest experiences and drive commercial business objectives.

• Drive performance improvement through in-the-moment coaching of sales, service, and client experience teams.
• Align coaching with commercial priorities and KPIs to drive sales and client development.
• Develop targeted coaching plans using performance data trends.
• Provide feedback to leaders to enhance daily communication and learning moments.
• Complete post-visit reports summarizing coaching goals and progress.
• Support boutique leadership development through side-by-side coaching.
• Partner with regional AVP and boutique directors to analyze coaching plan progress.
• Facilitate in-boutique training on selling skills, client development, and product knowledge.
• Lead learning and development initiatives for new boutique openings or renovations.

• 3-5 years of coaching experience in a sales environment.
• Strong critical thinking and business acumen skills.
• Ability to create cross-functional relationships and build trust with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to accommodate 60%-70% travel and spend 80%-90% time in-boutique.
