Summary
The Manager, Global Marketing will lead development and implementation of 360-degree marketing and communications strategies for key global and regional initiatives, partnering with market leaders and cross-functional teams to drive awareness and consideration of the brand's collections. Reporting to the Director, Global Marketing, the role owns project lifecycles from insights and strategic briefs through asset deployment and performance analysis, and provides leadership to junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of 360 communication strategies for regional and global initiatives.
- Serve as single point of contact for regional teams ensuring brand cohesion and local adaptations.
- Orchestrate go-to-market approaches across categories with creative, media, PR, and omnichannel partners.
- Manage project lifecycles from brief through toolkit deployment and performance tracking.
- Monitor and optimize cross-channel campaign performance and present learnings to senior management.
- Maintain awareness of industry and competitive best practices to inform strategy.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to one to two specialists and a seasonal intern.
- Present strategic briefs and communications plans to senior leaders including VPs and C-Suite.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience in global marketing.
- Appreciation and understanding of luxury retail, culture, style, and design.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and liaise across teams at varied seniority levels.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience analyzing data and insights.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Cultural awareness and flexibility to work with international time zones.
