Manager, Human Resources Business Partner - The Landmark

Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner Manager for The Landmark is a strategic HR leader supporting 300+ employees at a flagship luxury retail location. This role partners with store and corporate leadership to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and a people-first culture. The manager leads employee relations, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and DEIB initiatives to enhance both employee and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and align people strategies with commercial priorities and client experience goals.
• Coach leaders on performance management, difficult conversations, change management, and team effectiveness.
• Manage escalated employee relations matters, investigations, and policy interpretation with discretion and risk mitigation.
• Use people analytics and workforce insights to support talent planning, succession, and staffing decisions.
• Lead talent management activities including talent reviews, internal mobility, and development planning.
• Champion DEIB initiatives and embed inclusive practices into talent and engagement programs.

Requirements

• 5 years minimum of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-centric environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience supporting high-volume or flagship operations and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, communication, and business acumen skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, manage multiple priorities, and drive organizational change.
