Job Description

Summary

Manager responsible for leading luxury selling initiatives and VIC activations at a retail location in Long Island City. This role oversees store-level strategies to drive high-value customer engagement and sales performance. The manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts to execute VIP experiences and elevate service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead luxury selling efforts and mentor sales associates to achieve revenue targets
  • Plan and execute VIC activations and VIP experiences in store
  • Coordinate schedules and resources for special events and activations
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans
  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing to align promotions with activations
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and visual presentation
  • Train staff on selling techniques and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years retail management or related experience
  • Proven experience in luxury selling and VIP client engagement
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to plan and execute events and activations
  • Knowledge of luxury product assortments and merchandising
