Manager, Planning Operations

Summary

The Planning Operations Manager oversees wholesale inventory, supply and demand analysis, and operational performance for North America wholesale categories. The role focuses on inventory efficiency, fill rate targets, and sizing strategies while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale inventory across Children's, Footwear, and Accessories.
• Analyze supply and demand, optimize inventory positioning, and maintain sizing strategies.
• Partner with Production to support inventory flow, ownership levels, and fill rate targets.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify inventory risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with planning, merchandising, production, and account services teams to ensure booking accuracy.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen inventory management and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience in retail planning, inventory management, or wholesale operations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excel proficiency, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP.
