Manager Product - 57th Street Flagship Boutique

As a Manager Product at the 57th Street Flagship Boutique, you will be a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for the internal team and clients. You will drive the business of your respective product categories by coaching and managing a diverse team of salespeople, working closely with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.

• Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience for all clients.
• Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including product details and service delivery.
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
• Lead a team with agility and resilience by applying key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance team and business performance.
• Represent the brand in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence required to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service.
