Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated PR strategies for key merchandise categories.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media influencers and industry stakeholders.
- Serve as liaison with external brand partners to align on messaging and media opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchants to align messaging and strategic priorities.
- Write press releases, pitches, and communications for internal and external audiences.
- Respond to media inquiries and secure press coverage across print digital and broadcast.
- Develop organic influencer strategy and coordinate with social media marketing teams.
- Ideate and execute creative event concepts to amplify press opportunities.
- Manage budgets and support coaching and development of direct reports.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in PR public relations or related field.
- Proven track record executing integrated PR strategies and securing high-impact coverage.
- Strong media relations experience with established industry contacts.
- Deep understanding of social media and influencer landscape.
- Experience ideating and executing creative campaigns and events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing teams and budgets.
