Summary
The Manager, Sales and Product Education designs, delivers, and measures global training programs focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and the client experience for Commercial teams. This role partners cross functionally to create in store learning tools, manage LMS administration, and translate strategic direction into engaging, results driven education initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and facilitate engaging training content for global commercial teams.
- Support product knowledge development by partnering with cross functional teams to create accurate resources.
- Deliver seasonal education programs across sales service styling onboarding leadership and digital learning.
- Conduct learning needs analyses and use data to inform program design and strategy.
- Maintain project plans timelines and manage multiple projects to ensure measurable impact.
- Lead learning communications including pre and post session materials and learner surveys.
- Manage Learning Management System administration including content curation assignments reporting and maintenance.
- Foster relationships with regional and cross functional partners to drive engagement and buy in.
- Innovate methods to elevate in store learning experience and enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail education training or customer service in a client focused environment.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects timelines and cross divisional calendars.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills adaptable to audience and purpose.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow through.
- High degree of integrity professionalism and discretion handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience designing visually compelling brand aligned training materials and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
