Summary

The Manager, Sales for Fine Jewelry leads the store jewelry sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. This role focuses on coaching and developing associates, driving product knowledge, and maintaining merchandising standards for the fine jewelry floor. The manager partners with leadership to execute promotions, optimize inventory presentation, and ensure a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and schedule the jewelry sales team to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• Drive product knowledge and selling techniques through ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Maintain merchandising standards, ensure proper presentation of jewelry and displays, and execute visual directives.
• Partner with store leadership on inventory management, including receiving, reconciliation, and loss prevention protocols.
• Analyze sales results and KPIs to develop action plans and drive business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably with jewelry or luxury accessories.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and close sales.
• Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to handle secure inventory and follow loss prevention procedures.
