Summary

Manage sales and operations for the housewares and tabletop department, driving revenue, visual merchandising, and customer experience within the store. Lead a team of sales associates to achieve targets while maintaining product presentation and stock levels. Collaborate with leadership on assortment, promotions, and inventory planning to maximize sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Oversee merchandising and visual presentation for housewares and tabletop
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Develop and execute sales initiatives and promotions

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in housewares or related categories
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
