Summary

The Manager, Sales for Mens Classic Designer Sportswear leads the sales floor team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service in a high-end department store environment. This role focuses on driving revenue, coaching associates, and maintaining visual merchandising standards for the menswear collection. The manager partners with merchandising and operations to optimize product presentation and inventory flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales and clienteling goals.
• Drive daily sales results through floor leadership, client engagement, and strategic selling.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product is presented to brand and store guidelines.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory responsibilities for the department.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and support clienteling and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in luxury or designer menswear.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing sales teams.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles, inventory management, and visual standards.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
