Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Sales in Mens Shoes, you will lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the mens shoes department.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by training staff and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the buying team to ensure product availability.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
