Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Selling Effectiveness, you will lead initiatives to enhance sales performance and drive growth within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and implement best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales effectiveness projects to improve sales processes and performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
