Job Description

Summary

As a Selling Manager at SFA in New York, you will be responsible for driving sales by developing the selling and clienteling skills of a team of Style Advisors. You will create a high-performance team and consistently coach for optimal sales results, maintaining high visibility on the selling floor to connect with customers and build sustainable client relationships through exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach Style Advisors to drive sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain high visibility on the selling floor to connect with customers and build client relationships.
  • Onboard, train, and manage the performance of the selling team.
  • Provide product knowledge training and targeted selling coaching.
  • Foster teamwork and manage performance issues effectively.
  • Recruit to fill open positions proactively.
  • Leverage technology and data to drive business and develop a growth mindset.
  • Resolve client issues and support the general running of the selling floor.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing a selling workforce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize structural processes.
  • Proficiency in utilizing available technology, including Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
