Summary
The Team Manager leads and inspires a team of Client Advisors on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales and product category goals. This role involves coaching, performance management, supporting store operations, and representing the brand through service and presentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Client Advisors on the shop floor providing real time feedback and development.
- Support opening and closing of the store and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
- Drive client engagement and clienteling activities to activate retain and grow client base.
- Monitor team performance use KPIs and conduct performance conversations with action plans.
- Partner with Store Director on merchandising product feedback and category performance.
- Support local events product launches and ensure client attendance and sales results.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets and consignment program.
- Collaborate with Operations HR and Loss Prevention to enforce company policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate schedules and leadership zoning to ensure adequate floor coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in retail luxury retail or service industry.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports identify trends and react to business needs.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong verbal written communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire and influence a team.
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
