Summary
The Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations partners with the Sr. Manager to execute total rewards, HR controlling, payroll, HRIS and mobility programs for the U.S. organization. The role emphasizes accurate data management, reporting, and process improvements to support compensation and workforce planning. This is a hybrid role based out of the New York office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate headcount and workforce cost data and execute monthly HR controlling activities, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Support administration and execution of compensation programs and annual salary planning/ICR processes, including data preparation, analysis, and survey participation.
- Manage People-related expense, invoice and PO administration and partner with Finance on workforce cost budgeting and reporting.
- Support HRIS and payroll operations, maintain data integrity, perform audits, and act as backup for payroll administration.
- Administer international and domestic mobility programs, including reporting, budgeting, expense management, and vendor coordination.
- Lead and support HR data and analytics projects, reporting enhancements, automation, and organizational design initiatives.
- Participate in HRIS project management, troubleshoot system issues, and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience with HR controlling and salary planning responsibilities.
- Experience with HRIS platforms; SuccessFactors preferred, and experience supporting payroll systems.
- Strong data analytics skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting; Power BI preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, understanding of accounting/financial principles, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects and timelines.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
