Summary
Responsible for overseeing all treasury functions for the division, including credit management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and internal controls to ensure financial health and stability. Develops and implements strategies to optimize cash flow, mitigate financial risks, and maintain relationships with customers and financial institutions. Supports treasury reporting, audits, and related finance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage credit limits and credit insurance interactions for customers.
- Monitor and resolve orders on hold related to credit issues.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
- Monitor cash positions and coordinate with corporate treasury to ensure liquidity.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in payments approval processes including intercompany settlements.
- Maintain treasury reporting in SyRUS and support budgeting activities.
- Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations.
- Maintain strong internal control environment and compliance with policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive treasury management experience focused on credit management, cash forecasting, and banking relations.
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial principles, and risk management techniques.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in beauty, luxury goods, or consumer products industry is a plus.
