Job Description

Summary

As a Market and Customer Intelligence Manager, you will lead customer insights across the North America region with a focus on the Wholesale business. You will be a key contributor in delivering customer insights to inform wholesale channel and customer performance, marketing strategies, and competitive impacts to business.

Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with wholesale partners, focusing on marketing and customer insights teams.
  • Evaluate wholesale opportunities through sales reporting, customer metrics, and marketing performance.
  • Develop strategic guidance to grow brand sales in stores or online with wholesale partners through customer insights and audience targeting.
  • Partner with wholesale marketing team to develop marketing action plans and budget to support growth strategies.
  • Connect macro insights with customer data and onsite behavior to guide online wholesale business strategies.
  • Monitor market share insights, brand tracker metrics, and industry trends to inform brand performance and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with CRM agency and Real Estate to develop performance reports and assess store changes across channels.
  • Develop customer insights through advanced analytics to address key business decisions and growth opportunities.
  • Establish customer-centric wholesale KPIs and goals for the region.
  • Forecast and evaluate incremental sales from wholesale marketing programs by consumer segments.
  • Identify opportunities to grow profitable customer acquisition and reactivation in wholesale accounts.
  • Integrate top of funnel media campaigns into the marketing plan to optimize results and engagement.
  • Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional and inter-company peers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Customer Marketing, Analytics, Partnerships, CRM/Database, and/or Online Marketing.
  • Management experience in CRM and creating customer strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility in priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
