Responsibilities- Lead retail relationship and ownership of client segmentation strategies for Northeast Boutiques, Ephemeral Boutiques, New Boutique Openings, and Boutique Closures.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams and lead relationships with key categories.
- Partner with Client Touchpoints and EDM teams to ideate segmentation strategies and execute segments in CRM tools.
- Manage all client intelligence work connected to the Distribution team, including PMA Briefs and Market Visit Decks.
- Represent Client Intelligence perspective on BTQ x tech projects to evolve tools and improve client experience.
- Manage the Strategy, Governance, and Client Intelligence team budget.
- Support Group Directors in pulling client analyses and preparing reports for Retail Leaders and Merchandising teams.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in a data-driven role, ideally with luxury or global brands.
- Proven ability to synthesize and interpret large data sets to tell a story.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with home office and retail field team members.
- Proficient in data visualization and creating compelling presentations.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong time management skills.
- Interest in luxury and retail markets.
