- Deliver regular reports on client behavior, KPIs, and segmentation trends.
- Support boutique management in utilizing client KPIs for coaching and action.
- Leverage insights to support business stakeholders in decision-making.
- Translate data into insights and recommended actions for increased loyalty.
- Manage the clienteling program for F&B Boutiques, including targeting, execution, and performance measurement.
- Liaise with the Client Engagement Team on strategy for engagement initiatives.
- Design targeting and program KPIs for optimized learnings and performance measurement.
- Propose and manage database enhancements for optimal efficiency and scale.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client insights, data analytics, or CRM.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools like Looker.
- Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
