Material Handler

As a Material Handler at RH Manufacturing in Hickory, NC, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for receiving, moving, distributing, and resupplying various upholstery parts and components, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Receive a variety of upholstery manufacturing parts and components and move them to the appropriate area.
• Distribute and resupply upholstery parts and components as required by the work area.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform other duties as required for RHM to be successful, including tasks outside of the regular work area.

• 6 months prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of upholstery products.
• Ability to read production tickets.
• Adequate communication skills to interact with all other RHM team members.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs regularly.
