Summary
The Media Manager will lead media planning and execution across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Site Direct initiatives with a focus on Paid Social strategies and performance. Reporting to the Media Director the role involves agency partnership, data driven optimization, and implementation of test and learn programs to drive brand desirability and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of media planning across Paid Social Programmatic and Site Direct.
- Develop and execute Paid Social strategy campaign setup budget allocation and performance analysis.
- Partner with agency and internal teams to optimize social media efforts and boosting strategy.
- Oversee programmatic audience based strategy execution and optimization.
- Implement test and learn programs including test design setup and results interpretation.
- Collaborate with analytics on monthly goals and full funnel performance.
- Consolidate data sets into reports and trackers for media activity reporting.
- Manage partner relationships and adopt global media guidelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolve the media tech stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 6 years of media marketing or agency experience.
- Proven experience in Social Programmatic and Digital media execution.
- Experience with social platform ads managers.
- Strong analytical and data driven optimization skills.
- Highly organized detail oriented and collaborative under pressure.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience representing a luxury brand preferred.
- Passion for innovation creative technology and digital transformation.
