Men's Client Advisor - Boca Raton

Summary

Provide elevated customer service and personalized styling to cultivate and maintain client relationships through in-person and digital interactions. Use digital tools and store technology to drive sales, meet conversion goals, and act as a trusted style confidante for clients. This role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in-store and remotely to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business
• Demonstrate expert styling and deep brand and product knowledge
• Use digital selling tools social media and omni-channel inventory to outreach and sell
• Achieve personal sales targets client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize and manage personal business to increase productivity and sales
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive collaborative work environment
• Adapt presentation of product based on whether client is remote or in-person

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail styling and selling to clients
• Experience with technology and digital selling tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals and work a flexible schedule
