Summary
Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, styling expertise, and digital outreach. This onsite role uses store technology and omni channel inventory to achieve sales and client conversion goals while collaborating with the sales team and reporting to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through in person and digital interactions
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology and omni channel inventory for outreach and sales
- Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge to clients
- Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology use
- Use social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic
- Create a positive work environment through collaboration with colleagues
- Service clients who visit the store and clients who are remote
- Report performance and activities to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Experience in styling, fashion and fashion retail
- Commission sales experience
- Experienced with technology and selling using digital tools
- Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Flexible work schedule
- Strong customer centric mentality and communication skills
- Ability to use omni channel systems and inventory tools
