Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports store operations through merchandise handling, order fulfillment, and inventory organization. This role helps maintain merchandise standards and supports store sales and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, transfer, and handle inbound and outbound merchandise.
• Pack and ship customer orders and maintain organized stockroom and back-stock areas.
• Complete price changes, reticketing, inventory control, and merchandise placement.
• Support merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store event setup and takedown.
• Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with the MS Office product suite.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds for certain roles.
