Summary
Process and prepare retail merchandise for the sales floor in a fast paced, light industrial retail environment. Maintain accurate inventory and ticketing using specialized software while supporting store operations and team productivity goals.
Responsibilities
- Process merchandise to be floor ready, focusing on accuracy and speed
- Complete inventory processes and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
- Meet productivity metrics such as units processed per hour
- Keep stockrooms and sales floor organized, re stocked and tidy
- Support store setup for special events and markdowns
- Relocate fixtures as needed and assist with general store operations
- Contribute to team goals including safety and training initiatives
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team productivity
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
- Flexible availability to work morning or midday evening shifts based on business needs
