Summary
Process and prepare retail merchandise for the sales floor in a fast-paced, light industrial store environment. Maintain inventory accuracy, ticketing, and stockroom organization while meeting productivity metrics and supporting store operations and events.
Responsibilities
- Process merchandise to be floor ready using specialized tools and software
- Check in inventory and ensure accurate ticketing and labeling
- Meet individual and team productivity metrics such as units processed per hour
- Keep stockrooms and sales floor organized, re-stocked and tidy
- Support store activities including markdowns, fixture relocation and event setup
- Contribute to team goals including safety, training and test and learn projects
- Provide general support to customers and store team as needed
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Teamwork orientation with ability to meet individual productivity goals
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours with bending twisting and reaching
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with morning or midday and evening shifts
