Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandising Operations Associate supports merchandise flow, processing, replenishment, and presentation in a retail store. This role helps maintain an organized back-of-house and selling floor while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and distribute merchandise to departments, replenishing products as needed.
• Maintain selling-floor and fitting-room standards, including organizing go-backs, markdowns, fixtures, and signage.
• Process merchandise transfers, customer sends, and returns to vendors.
• Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized, and follow asset protection procedures.
• Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor when needed.
• Complete tasks and special projects assigned by store leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to use radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
