Summary

The Merchandising Support Associate provides part-time support for the ready-to-wear merchandising team on the sales floor. This role helps maintain product presentation, assists with floor moves and restocking, and supports inventory and pricing tasks to ensure a polished customer experience. Works closely with store leadership and visual merchandising to execute merchandising plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing merchandise for the sales floor
• Support visual merchandising and floor moves to maintain brand presentation
• Price and tag merchandise and ensure accurate signage
• Conduct regular stock pulls and replenish merchandise as needed
• Collaborate with sales associates and management to support inventory accuracy

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or merchandising experience, preferably in apparel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual standards
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and work on a retail shift schedule
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
